Great Jim.

Have you come across this error in Exchange 2007?
We are unable to send emails to some domains (AOL, Comcast, HP) but we receive emails from those domains though.

Any suggestions you might have?

ERROR MESSAGE:-

Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists:

Smith, Jim

Delivery of this message will be attempted until 12/8/2007 3:14:14 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). Microsoft Exchange will notify you if the message can't be delivered by that time.

This is weird because there is no indication of what exactly is the problem. There is no error code as to why the message is being delayed. I would turn on logging on the Send connector (if you are sending directly out of E2K7) and see if the protocol logs turn up anything useful.

If I had to make a wild guess, I'm guessing that your IP address is on a block list, perhaps because it thinks that you are using a DHCP address.
