Updated Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail filter
Microsoft has released their July 2005 update to the Outlook 2003 Junk E-Mail filter. The date on the OUTLFLTR.DAT file once this update is applied is 09-JUN-2005. So I tried to open the outlfltr.dat file to see why a particular email that I want to send out ends up in peoples's junk email folder with no luck. Does anyone know of a way of interpreting the file?
